Concerns include: reserving a room for a student organization event, options for meeting locations.
WCU student organizations, faculty, and staff can request to reserve space on campus for any WCU-related and/or sponsored event through 25Live Pro. Event requests entered into the 25Live system go through an approval process, based upon the WCU entity who oversees the space that is being requested. Outside organizations can inquire about renting space by contacting Conference Services.
